Warranty Policy

At Ultimate Graphics Studio, we manufacture and supply premium commercial-grade vinyl graphics, custom stripe kits, and vehicle wraps engineered for outdoor durability. This policy outlines our limited warranty coverage, care requirements, and exclusions.

1. General Durability & Coverage Expectations

Under normal outdoor conditions, high-grade vinyl materials carry the following durability expectations:

  • Premium Cast Vinyl / Stripe Kits: 5–7 Years (Vertical) | 1–2 Years (Horizontal)

  • Printed Commercial Wraps: 3–5 Years (Vertical) | 1–2 Years (Horizontal)

  • Specialty / Chrome Finishes: 1–2 Years (Vertical) | 6 Months–1 Year (Horizontal)

(Note: Horizontal surfaces like hoods, roofs, and trunks absorb significantly more UV exposure and standing water, which naturally reduces vinyl lifespan).

2. What Is Covered

  • Excessive cracking, crazing, or severe premature fading beyond normal environmental weathering.

  • Adhesive failure or separation resulting strictly from manufacturing material defects.

  • Delamination of the protective laminate layer during normal use.

3. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

This limited warranty does not cover issues resulting from external or environmental causes, including:

  • Water Spotting, Clouding & Mineral Etching: Damage or staining caused by hard water deposits, acid rain, or standing water drying on the surface under heat and sun exposure.

  • Improper Cleaning: Damage from abrasive chemicals, solvent cleaners, high-alkaline car soaps, or high-pressure washers exceeding 2,000 PSI (or sprayed closer than 12 inches).

  • Automatic Car Washes: Scratches, lifting, or dulling caused by mechanical brush washes or harsh wash chemicals.

  • Environmental Hazards: Tree sap, bird droppings, road salt, or industrial fallout left on the graphic.

  • Installation Issues: Improper surface preparation, stretching, overheating, or DIY installation errors.

4. Maintenance & Care Guidelines

To keep your graphics looking new and extend their lifespan:

  • Hand Wash Regularly: Clean gently with a mild car shampoo and soft microfiber towel. Dry immediately to prevent mineral water spots.

  • Treating Water Spots & Clouding: Clean water spots promptly using an Automotive Water Spot Remover or a 50/50 mix of distilled water and white vinegar, followed by a vinyl-safe detail spray.

  • Apply Protection: Treat vinyl with a synthetic sealant or ceramic detailer formulated for vinyl wraps to maintain UV protection.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under this policy, please email us at support@ultimategraphics.studio with:

  1. Your Order Number and Purchase Date.

  2. Clear photos showing the defect (close-up and full view of the vehicle).

  3. A description of how the vehicle is stored (garaged or outdoors) and cleaned.
