  • Refunds, in the form of a full store credit, are only available for the following scenarios: a) Manufacturing Defect: If there is a clear manufacturing defect in the custom graphic that affects its functionality or appearance. b) Shipping Damage: If the custom graphic arrives at its destination with significant damage caused during the shipping process. c) Order Error: If we made a mistake in creating the custom graphic that deviates from the provided specifications.

  • If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding your custom graphic purchase, please contact our customer support team.
  • Provide detailed information and, if possible, include supporting images to help us assess the issue accurately.
  1. Resolution Process:
  • Our customer support team will review your request and assess the eligibility for a refund in the form of store credit.
  • If your request meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we will issue a full store credit equivalent to the value of the original purchase, including any shipping fees.
  • The store credit can be used towards future purchases from our store and is non-transferable.
  1. Return of the Custom Graphics:
  • In the case of a manufacturing defect or order error, we may request the return of the custom graphic.
  • If requested, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, and the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • The returned custom graphic must be in its original condition and packaging.
  1. Store Credit Usage:
  • The store credit will be issued once we confirm the eligibility for a refund.
  • The store credit can be used towards any future purchase from our store.
